AVG Pause & Agent AVG Wait

Hi all

I've added some "Pause Codes" on our Campaigns.
I'd like to know what AVG Pause & Agent AVG Wait means.
AVG Pause :
Is it the sum of all Pause codes?
Agent AVG Wait :
Which value get for calculate ?

The average pause time is all pause time for all agents for the day divided by the number of pause events. This is not just pauses with a pause code set.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and suggest that is the average time agents in this campaign have waited for a call today. 8-)
