Not getting all inbound calls

Last week my inbound calls were running fine, i run
Zipper Refresh
and then Zypper UP
after that i only get inbound calls like for 30 minutes, i have to restart the server and then i get about another 20 to 30 minutes of inbound calls.
I haven't changed any thing on my admin page or my carrier.
What can i do?

1)Never run zypper refresh/up after installation. It can cause ... issues. LOL

2) If you need to upgrade a package, just upgrade that single package, not the entire system.

3) Have you rebooted? (You said "restart", which could be an asterisk restart ... which is not a reboot!)

4) Post a CLI example of a single failed inbound (test) call.

5) You may need to re-compile asterisk, but if calls are working after reboots, that should not be the case.

6) Have you run mysqlcheck to be sure you don't just have a crashed table?

7) Full hard drive?
