Done an install on ubuntu 14.04 server from scratch and have a few I would love to get solved ASAP!
1) When loading leads it seems to work but no leads are actually put into the database. Message I get is below but no data is put into the database.

2) I'm unable to make outgoing calls, now I've been messing with this for ages and searching the forums but don't seem to be able to get this working. I have a carrier config as below.

3) Some settings which I'm changing are not saving even though I have from what I can see full permission on my user account. Example is creating phone extension, when I do so it says phone created but they page it then brings me to which on other installs has all the details is blank. In the sysmte settings section if I make changes it says "SYSTEM SETTINGS MODIFIED" but they are not.....
