Hello all.

I am new to these forums so if I am missing anything please feel free to notify me.

Here is the problem:
We have TPV numbers preset in vicidial so that when an agent is ready to call TPV (Third Party Verification) they can simply click 'Transfer Call' then click 'Dial With Customer'. 95% of the time this works. The other 5% it will either time out or MYSTERIOUSLY go to some random voicemail. It is the most bizarre issue I have ever seen. This problem is affecting our ability to keep a customer on the phone and finish the deal.

Has anyone ever seen this before?

Almost always a carrier issue or a problem with the TPV provider. The best way to handle this is to set up a direct SIP trunk with the TPV company, but not all of them will do this.
