Vicidial Call Recording Setup

Hi ,

I have installed vicidial and its working for Inbound process . All call is recorded , but this call recording having the welcome message including . How to setup the call recording without welcome message only agent and customer conversation .


My installation details
1. Single Server
2 . VERSION: 2.12-484a
3 . BUILD: 150429-1222
4 . No other hardware

Please help me

Turn off recording on the Ingruop, turn ON recording for the USER.

Instead of initiating the recording when the call arrives at the ingroup (and the welcome message begins), this will delay the start of the recording until the User is linked to the call.
