If agent login in campaign we transfer the call from one agent to other by selecting transfer ingroup name and other agent needs to select that ingroup . But most of the time lots agent forget to unselect the that internal transfer ingroup after taking the transfer calls now calls reaches to other agent than desire one as internal transfer ingroup queue setting is longest wait time.if we do over dial code phone number and blind transfer it reaches to desire extesion but on real time report we can monitor that call so what iam looking transfer to desire extension but that call can should be appear on realtime report like inbound and outbound calls.

I'm not sure, but I think you just asked to monitor calls sent to an external extension in the transfer-conf by an agent. There is presently no function available for this as the call is no longer with an agent on any of the channels in the meetme room. Real Time is for monitoring agents. No agent = no Real Time.
That being said: We have built an interface that is capable of monitoring this for an old client using Vicidial version 2.4 (long time ago) and that is still running. It would need updating to the latest version. It would probably also be well received as an add-on for Vicidial (real time for non-agent calls). Works just like real time (well, perhaps a bit better, depending on your point of view).
