Start Call URL

Hi,

My vicidial server is working fine for inbound process with start call . i need to pop up the start call URL in outbound with manual dial .

I read the Manager manual "The Start URL does not work for Manual dial calls." But i need this feature for outbound manual dial .

How can i proceed?

My Installation Details

1. Single Server
2 . VERSION: 2.8-403a
3 . BUILD: 130510-1350
4 . No other hardware

you want "web form" or "web form two" not "Start call url". Then in "Get Call Launch" you choose web form or web form two. And *poof* you're there. Also, this gives the agent the ability to click on web form (or web form two if you have activated it for the campaign) and get that page at any time during the call.

Thanks for your reply . When dialing outbound calls , Any possibility get the webform or webform2 auto popup page (without click the webform button) .

That was meant to imply: Modify the campaign or Ingroup. If Campaign: Click on Detail View. Look for "Get Call Launch". Choose Web Form. Submit. Go make some money.
