IVR OutBound

Hi, i would like to make a IVR for outbound calls.

for example..
outbound make a auto-calls.. when a client in online start a a recorded voice.. ...press 1 to speak whit a sales-agent or 2 to close call...

My Vcidial is

VERSION: 2.10-452a
BUILD: 141111-0554

is a new install with vicibox-express and dialplan is "standard" just added a carrier (with user/passw) outbound with prefix '838' and work fine..

Can you help me? please?
