DTMF Say Digit

Hi ,

I have installed vicidial and its working for Inbound process . I have developed PHPAGI program to get the credit card details using DTMF . it is working . concern is , while playing the entered credit-card number , it is audible at both end . is there any possible to play it only on Customer end .

My installation details
1. Single Server
2 . VERSION: 2.12-484a
3 . BUILD: 150429-1222
4 . No other hardware

Please help me

You are going to have to explain in more detail exactly what you are trying to do, and the state of the customer when it happens.

Hi,

Vicidial agent customer call connecting to DTMF and customer enter the 16 digit creditcard number . Then playing the entered card number this audio hear by agent and customer , any possible hear only customer ?

Have you looked at using the Park Call IVR option?

Yes, it can be done. You need to "whisper" the credit card audio to the channel where the customer is connected. I did something similar for a customer before. You need to find the customer channel, and when doing the playback, whisper only to that channel. You can use an agi/pl script to find customer channel and you can alter the dialplan to whisper it.
