Agent_time_detail Report

Postby vijaymuddu » Fri Sep 18, 2015 1:41 pm

Hi Everybody,

My question is when i view the agent_time_details_report i can see hh:mm:ss for all agents whos talk time is more than 1 hour, but for the agent who has less the 1 hours its shows only mm:ss

I want it to show as hh:mm:ss where hh will be 00 if agent talk time is 45 mins or less than 1 hours

example:
agent x : 080620 ( 8 hours 6 minute 20 secs)
agent y: 004522 ( 45 minutes 22 secs) i still need the 00 in the reports

Please can any body help me modifying the report

This is set in the functions.php files. Just keep in mind that changing the format in the functions.php file will change how the time is displayed on all the reports and not just the agent_time_details_report report.

Thanks for your reply

But in realtime report the time is shown only in minutes, and in agent time report its shows in hh:mm:ss
