i am getting this error while dialing from autodial menu

looks like your very basic setup is wrong, probably something with your SIP settings. Either way, we're going to need more info to help you out. Can you post more info about your setup, including server specs, single server or cluster, if cluster, how many for each role, using SIP or PRIs, install method, if install method is scratch, what OS did you start with.

We'll also need to know more about how exactly you get to this result. Are your agents on the same network as the dialer/cluster? If not, are they NATed or does everyone involved has his own public IP? What codec are you using? Are the agents even using SIP or are they using PSTN lines to connect to Vicidial? Does your trunk work if you just pick up a phone and dial manually? If you could just describe where you started from and what you did to get to that result. There's a lot of reasons asterisk could be failing to write into the conference channel, ranging from failed installation to bad configuration or even security measures like selinux.

*edit* just noticed your specs in your sig, so that anwsers the first batch of questions! I also notice you`re running an old version of vicidial. I`m not sure what`s the preferred way of doing it in GOAutoDial but I strongly recommend you get on the latest SVN trunk before you keep going.
