Deleted DID

Hi Team, can you help about my big big problem?
I accidentally deleted my DID for inbound calls. can i still recover it? There's a lot of important recordings on it.

How exactly did you delete your DID?

Have you tried creating the same DID again?

i accidentally clicked the "DELETE THIS DID"..
i tried creating the same DID but it didnt work.

This would require using MySQL to find out what the "did_id" of the old DID was by looking in the vicidial_did_log, then updating the new DID record to the old record's id. Or you could just use that old ID in the URL for log and recording viewing to view the old log records and recordings in the web interface by changing the URL you see when you click on that link.

i also want to recover the deleted DID because right now, im not receiving any inbound on my hardphone.
Can you teach me or share the codes for MySQL and teach me how to create new one using 8026 as my EXT phone and 9096256522 as my phone number set for inbound calls.
