vicidial_agent_log and vicidial_closer_log tables

I am using ViciBox 6.0.3 standard: admin_version = '2.12-481a'; build = '150421-2315';

My question is: For all the calls the value of talk_sec of the table vicidial_agent_log must be equal to the value of length_in_sec of the table vicidial_closer_log ?
