Best Sytem Configuration

Hi

I want to configure system for 50 seats vicidial server 12 hours calling, 50 agents will be calling for 12 hours

Can anybody guide me for best config server, i prefer the below config

1. intel i5 processor 2.6ghz
2. 4 gb ram
3. 500 gb harddisk drive
4. sangoma 2 port e1 card

?
Should i increase the ram what will be the impact if i increase the ram
i5 in enough or should i go for i7 or xeon

That really depends I think, are you using large amount of dialing lists? Will the agents dial manually or will be through the auto dialer?

I think I would go with a Xeon CPU and 8G+ RAM.

Auto dial with large lists some time agents will do manual dialing
