AMD detection is not working

Hello,

I have installed goautodial 3.3 with iso file.

I have upgraded astguiclient version 2.11 from 2.9 version.

In goautodial 3.3 version AMD detection is not working.
After up gradation AMD is not detecting.

also i have upgraded asterisk version Asterisk 1.8.23.0-vici.

Please help me out how to fix AMD detection issue.

Need more specific technical details as to how exactly it is not detecting.

Have you checked your Routing Extension under "Detail" Campaign view? Is it properly set to 8369 AMD extension? (8368 is default)
