Dropped Percent in Real-Time Report

Greetings!

I would just like to ask about the dropped percent in Real-Time Report.
why is the DROPPED PERCENT calculated by the DROP CALLS over the ANSWERED CALLS?
isn't it supposed to be the DROP CALLS over the CALLS TODAY?

It is calculated that way because that is based upon the FTC's legal requirement for Dropped Calls calculation.
