I have Vicidial 4.0.2 with asterisk 1.4, agents on the network are working with manual dial method and the problem is agents from time to time receive a deep noisy and disturbing sound after they hangup so that they need to logout to stop it, I checked everything on the softphone (we are using eyebeam) everything is normal. at RATIO method we don't have this problem. please can anyone helps? I searched long for this.
