Strange beep in between calls - agent cant hear customer

Hi,

I am using goautodial 3.3 with vicidial VERSION: 2.12-515a, there is beep in between calls and agent cant hear customer voice and calls get disconnected, it happens for calls which are more then 30-40 secs

Has any body faced this issue please guide
