Disable List View for a limited admin

Hello dear fellows!
I'm trying, without success, to disable a limited admin (that only has to see and modify users and reports) to view the lists in the "Show Lists" section. I figured out to disable everything but not this. Any Hint?

You could put that user in a User Group that has no campaigns selected in the Allowed Campaigns section of User Groups.

Thank you Matt, already tried this, but if I disable it the admin can't see the reports of that campaign

Well, that's pretty much the only way at this point to disable the list of lists in the allowed campaigns.

I don't think it would be difficult to add as an option somewhere, but it would take programming and time.
