Hey all,
I am trying figure out how, if possible, to have my DROPs in my campaigns go to an external number. We have a separate call center below us and we'd like to have our dropped calls go to them as they might have free agents available. I've tried creating an external phone, but didn't have much luck that way.
Maybe someone can point me in the right direction or at least tell me if it's possible or not?
