Goautodial webform and Zoho integration

I am using the hosted version of Goautodial at goautodial.com

I am looking for the option to push data such as name, phone number etc to Zoho CRM using webforms from Goautodial.

So agent would be able to click "webform" and only have to enter notes from the call and this data would all be pushed into Zoho CRM with the click of a button.

Please let me know if this is possible and what kind of cost it would be.
