I know, how worked MLINAT and when he is be set, but i have task: i have one client with a bunch of phone numbers (5 entries in the vicidial_list with single vendor_lead_code). I want implement outbound calls by all the rules multi_lead (VLC hopper dup check = y, etc.), but in my campaign, suddenly, comes call from one of this phones of this client. I agree with him, we solved all questions, hangup, set status Sale, but he unfortunately does not close by MLINAT, ie, in the outbound list he remains and I had to call him, even though we have talked. How to solve this problem?
