Hi,

I am getting below error when i try to modify any user in vicidial, though this is not happening with all users. i tried to create a clone or user and this new user also getting same problem when modifying.

and when i try to login these modified users there is no activity on CLI and no msg like ' you are the only person in conf"

I have a clone of same server i thought i will use it in case first one fails. everything same but in this server i am getting this error when i try to modify user

Do you have Vtiger integration enabled in System Settings?

Try turning off vtiger integration and see if it works then.

I went to system settings and syncronized vtiger, now this issue fixed. but few of my users still not getting msg " you are only person in conf " when they login.
some of them geting this msg and everything good for them but some of them have problem.

i get this msg on asterisk CLI when this happens

Keep in mind that we have not actively supported that level of vtiger integration within vicidial for several years now, and when we did, it was never above vtiger version 5.1.
