Hi All,
is there any possibilities to integrate VICIDIAL with Microsoft CRM??
1. Feeding data to dialer for marketing outbound calls.
2. When outbound call is initiated then dialer should have the facility to call our web page which will show the lead information with whom call is connected.
3. Whenever inbound call comes dialer should have the facility to call our web page which will show the caller information
a.If caller is available in CRM then caller information will be shown
b.If caller detail is not available in CRM then new lead page will be shown and agent will fill the caller detail and submit the page and same will be created as lead in CRM.

I'm sure it's possible if the Microsoft APIs are available and they allow for access to the features that you want to do. Do you have the Microsoft API documentation for the system that you are using?
