launching callbacks

Postby wolfie_cr » Tue Jan 12, 2016 4:02 am

Hi,

Using VERSION: 2.10-461a, BUILD: 141212-0930

If i get it right, when a Callback is set in the system it has the status CBHOLD. Status changes to CALLBK when scheduled hour for callback hits.

I have CALLBK set as dialable status in the campaign, Ratio dialing. In the user interface i have Scheduled Callbacks: 1 for agents testing. Phone numbers I use for testing are valid.

Even so, status never changes to CALLBK and so the call is never initiated at scheduled time.

Timezone should not be a problem, i have 24h calling time for testing purposes.

Any advice where i might be messing up?

Is this an anyone or an useronly callback?

Is your hopper script running properly?

Is callbacks enabled at your campaign and your users?

Hi Matt,

Thanks for the reply!

It's set as anyone callback, hopper script runs properly, campaign has Scheduled Callbacks Y and so does the user. I don't have any callback alert set but that should not be a problem from what I read...

I can see the callback in the DB with the proper hour, once the hour passes the lead goes from ACTIVE to LIVE but no call is loaded in the hopper... can't put my finger on what is missing or where i might have messed up.

Try running the hopper script with the --debug flag and see if there is any useful output.
