I created 3 statuses in Quality Control, I've checked the Leads and give Statuses.
In the Report Export calls i can't find the Status QC-PASS QC-CANCEL and QC-Fail.
How to export checked Leads in QC ???

Do those statuses exist as System Statuses? If not, try creating them.

They exist in the QC Status Codes, but not on the System Statuses.
I created the status (Good) in the System Statuses, but when i try to export again same without any data given status before with "Good" in QC
QC: Status Code: Good
System Statuses: Good

The QC system uses different statuses for leads like QCFAIL, QCCANC, QCPASS.

Given that the version you are running is 3 years old, I'm not sure. We'e made many changes since then. I would suggest doing a search on the leads in the system that you know have been passed and see what the status field is set to.
