Drop Call Seconds

The Vicidial help menu describes "Drop Call Seconds" as:
"The number of seconds from the time the customer line is picked up until the call is considered a DROP, only applies to outbound calls."

I have AMD enabled. Assuming AMD takes 2 seconds and Drop Call Seconds is set to 5, will the call be dropped 5 seconds after AMD or inclusive of AMD (3 seconds)?

AMD happens before the drop call seconds counter starts, so it shouldn't be included.
