Voicemail DROP on ingroup

Hi guys i have an ingroup on a campaign to accept incoming calls and set to DROP on Voicemail, i set it on the ingroup section and on the campaign itself but im having problem that its getting cut off and have this log

Hi activated the Active Voicemail Server: to a particular local ip of the server, since i have multi server but when i test still the same problem:

Does 7779 exist in /etc/asterisk/voicemail.conf or /etc/asterisk/voicemail-vicidial.conf ?

7779 => 1qaz1qaz,7779 Mailbox,,,|delete=no|tz=eastern| <---------------- voicemail.conf
[vicidial-auto] ;placeholder for auto-generated voicemail conf <-------------- voicemail-vicidial.conf

okay, and what about "voicemail show users" in the asterisk CLI, is 7779 there?

Create a phone and below the phone settings put the voicemail settings. use the phone as voicemail instead.
