VoiceMail Settings

Hi Need some help on voicemail settings.
I created a voicemail 7800 active =Y
But I am having this issue and all i get is busy tone!

try the phone settings and You will find voicemail settings below. then do a extension to extension call to verify if its work.

on the phone settings it is working. Just the manual voicemail settings (don't know how to call it) is not working!

use the phone as voicemail instead.

hehehe. that's my last resort... what is the difference of the two settings? Maybe there is something on the manual voicemail setting that is why it is separated.
