No lead in hopper AST_VDhopper.pl error [RESOLVED]

I am using vicidial 2.9 441a everything working find suddenly no lead in hopper. we i run AST_VDhopper.pl get below error.

It looks like you are using a filter with something improper in your SQL. Would you please copy and past the entire SQL fragment you're using?

Actually, if I had to guess, I'd say you're missing an operator such as 'AND' in between 'state in()' and 'left(phone_number,3)'.
