Admin privileges

I dont understand, It's not letting me download Vicibox-express because it won't allow ports, then when I try to open ports I don't have admin access to finish. Im using my admin user and password how am I not an admin? and I have to type /sbin/yast/ for every command, help me please

When you say "it's not letting me download", what do you mean? Where are you downloading from?
If you are trying to install VICIbox, you should be using the ISO installer found at www.vicibox.com and booting from it. Bear in mind the ISO install will overwrite your HDD with OpenSUSE and the VICIdial files. There's an installation manual located there which will walk you through the steps.
