Call Transfer Problem

Asterisk Version: 1.8.29.0-vici

Hello to all, need help, we're having trouble transferring calls, The Agent and the Customer CAN hear each other but the "Third Party" (the number where Agents used to transfer the customer) CAN'T hear them both, but the Agent and the Customer CAN hear the "Third Party". Please help me.

Did you verify that the issue is with your server and not third party?

Call a cellphone in 3way and see if same issue happens. It is possible that your third party is having issues.
