Not writing common logs in /var/log/apache2/access_log

Good Day Vicidial Group,

I was just wondering why /var/log/apache2/access_log is empty. I'm using ViciBox Redux v.5.0.2-130821

Previously on the Vicibox version on my signature its working properly ... well till now but when i tried version 5 and up, the access_log is somehow empty ...

Or is it moved to other file location?

check if it is enabled by defeault

@boybawang: Its enabled by default. Counter checked it at /etc/sysconfig/apache2 > APACHE_ACCESS_LOG="/var/log/apache2/access_log combined"

Any other options why its not logging on access_log? Thank You ...

Okay, this is what i did as a work around. I copied the config files of /etc/apache2 from the version in my signature to the ViciBox Redux v.5.0.2-130821 and it worked. It is now logging on the access_log. I'm now tracing what differs between the config files.

Anyone can confirm if you had the same/similar scenario here?

Also if Vicidial Group can verify this so we'll know the appropriate action to counter this ...
