Hello all!
Guys, please, help me: why blind transfer don't write into log? I was looking for a very long record of transfer and found it only in the table vicidial_manager, but her uniqueid is a blank, callerid don't look like simple callerid our system (logic for this = XBvdcW + epoch_sec + user_abb).
How this call is joined with call_log?

That's why we created the NVA recording AGI script. There is a tutorial in the Manager Manual that goes over setting up logging of blind transfer calls like this.

I guess I'm missing something here, a blind transfer is not an incoming call, it's an outgoing call. It works the same whether the originating customer call was inbound or outbound.

Sorry, but I don't understand you.
Once again: inbound call, i make a blind transfer to extension (simply number of another client), but where record about this call (about this blind transfer!) in log?
This record only in vicidial_manager, but his CallerID was strange (XBvdcW + epoch_sec + user_abb). With such a record in the log this identifier join with call_log impossible.

Yes, the NVA recording AGI script will work with transfers, the details on how to use it are in the code, as well as in a tutorial in the Vicidial Manager Manual.

We are talking about the one? I'm not talking about the record of call (sound file don't interest me). I talk about record of event blind transfer in log-table (or in log-file).

Again, I refer you to the manual or the source code. You don't have to audio record the call, you can just log it, there are settings for that.
