channel.c: Unable to request channel SIP/1002

Hi,

I am trying to configure vicidial 2.11 , when i connect in agent interface the softphone don't ring and it show No one is in your session: 8600051, in the asterisk log, i have this notice

channel.c: Unable to request channel SIP/1002

, but the extension 1002 is registred.I don't find the problem.

What is the status of 1002 if you issue 'sip show peers' from the Asterisk CLI?
