Weird ALLFORCE recording problem

So i have a campaign which is set to allforce recording. If i login with my own account and dial my own phone number manually i see there is a recording being made.

When i login with a one of the user accounts from another usergroup and dial that same lead there is no recording being made. There is no recording override setting in that users profile. In crontab the normal jobs are enabled for compressing, mixing, etc. (otherwise there would not be a recording when i login and dial myself).

I made that user a member of the ADMINS usergroup and then logged in again and made another testcall, still no recording.

What could be causing this?

edit: I just gave that user exactly the same persmissions and userlevel as my admin account but still no recordings. Just look at this. spaan01 is me:

Stupid me, it turned out that Agent Recording was set to 0 in the Agent Interface options in the Modify User screen. Don't know how i overlooked that and why it was off in the first place.... :oops:
