Unable to create Campaign

Postby adymeblack » Sun Mar 27, 2016 1:32 pm

I have been trying to build a sandbox install of Vicidial. Completely fresh install from both Vicibox_v.6.0.x86_64-6.0.3.iso & ViciBox_v.7.x86_64-7.0.2.iso installers.

Everything seems to run just fine, no errors or anything. But for some strange reason once i get Vicidial installed and i can log in, i have no option to create a new campaign anywhere, i can't even see the default "testcamp". Enabled all permissions for the user and admin user group.

I've installed this several times on a couple VM's and well as a couple different physical machines (most current physical machine specs below)

Ideas?

Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E4500 @ 2.20GHz, 2 cores
2GB RAM

i second this issue.
after a fresh install with the 6666 user, no campaign functions appear. see screenshot here http://s24.postimg.org/e24vcu93p/Screen_Shot_2016_03_28_at_12_13_08_PM.png

VERSION: 2.12-546a

SVN Version: 2496
DB Schema Version: 1457

here is the quick apache error log-

tail -f error_log
[Mon Mar 28 12:01:00.615947 2016] [mpm_prefork:notice] [pid 2955] AH00170: caught SIGWINCH, shutting down gracefully

[Mon Mar 28 12:02:04.814571 2016] [core:notice] [pid 1198] AH00094: Command line: '/usr/sbin/httpd-prefork -f /etc/apache2/httpd.conf -D SYSCONFIG -D SSL -C PidFile /var/run/httpd.pid -C Include /etc/apache2/sysconfig.d/ -D SYSTEMD -D FOREGROUND'

it seems to me there might be issue with the upgrade/update. if you run update during the installation process, the interface gets updated but the campaign commands disappear. if you do not do updates, and stay with the original versions, campaign commands remain fully functioning.

Hi Good day!

Have you updated the svn to the latest version? I have read that you must downgrade your svn to solve this issue. You can look below URL for this.

Hope this can help you. Cheers! :)
