Add New Campaign Tab missing on latest SVN.

You are going to have to be more specific here.

The top bar of the campaign screen that has the "Add Campaign" and other links is now hidden or missing. The "Show only active campaign" link is there now in it's place. Downgrading to SVN revision 2491 on the web server will fix the problem until a bugfix is committed.

Yea! . It worked when Web Server Downgraded to old SVN.
