Question about auto dialing

i created an outbound campaign and i linked with a sip trunk provider. when i manual call its working pretty fine
i created a list, the phone number looks like this: 0321561647
and when i uploaded i chose in the upload form as i have to choose a country prefix i chose france 33 as for country code.
my dial plan is 983 << this dials France
exten => _983.,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _983.,n,Dial(${W}/00${EXTEN:4},120,tTo)
exten => _983.,n,Hangup
so in my campaign i added the dial prefix: 983 for auto dialer.

my problem is when i use the auto dialer now it dials like this:

Dial("Local/983330321561647@default-0000000f;2", "S

i want to disable the extra (33) that is added inside my dial!
how to disable the country code to be dialed from the campaign?
as i want it to dial the 983 then phone_number

How you are doing manual call? From agent interface or directly from softphone? Do you use any country code in manual dial?

If you don't use any country code in manual it means default going 1 and in list upload you are adding 33. I will suggest you, upload a list with country code 1 and dial. May be it will work because you are removing 4 number from starting from dialed number.

2) As you are obviously new here, I have some suggestions to help us all help you:

When you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method (7.X.X?) and vicidial version with build (VERSION: 2.X-XXXx ... BUILD: #####-####).

This IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "manual/from scratch" you must post your operating system with version (and the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system) plus a link to the installation instructions you used. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

1) You did not show the dial code for the number you were dialing. I suspect it has your extra "33" in it.
2) If the country prefix for France is 33 ... how is it that you can dial "983" to dial France from where you are? LOL (Lost me there.)
3) All that being said:

This will remove the first 5 digits from any number starting with "98333" and ADD "00983" to the resulting dialstring. *)
