We have agents on a server who are calling to the USA but the server is located in The Netherlands, so at 1 am CET they are still making calls. For some reason at that time however they can not make calls anymore. The Dial Next Number button is greyed out. I checked cron jobs, campaign settings, usergroup, shifts, system settings, server settings but can't find anything that would cause this. What am i missing?
