Listen And Barge using GoAutodial & Vicidial

Hello,

I was trying to listen agents working but the system and x-lite don't make the connection, when I try Barge it goes all OK. The server is Goautodial and then Admin use Vicidial interface to login. They are using 2 different Ip address. The login IP is 192.168.0.10 and the IP configured at the server is 192.168.0.99. Could be this the problem? Help please

Goautodial is very buggy - it was built on an older version and has some buggier programming on top of it - I would just switch to VICIdial - which includes, Whisper, Barge and Monitor. If you have the ability to Barge - then you should be able to Monitor - however you could have a dialplan issue - would have to look further to answer this one. There is a special section here for goautodial users, you may consider posting there for help.
