Real time Screen - Agent Call Count [Resolved]

Hi,

have a small issue on the Real time Screen . It Shows the total Calls made by the Agent from the Day he started. It is not showing the actual calls on the particular day.

The issue is happening on the Latest SVN.

What is your System Settings Voicemail Server set to?

That is the server that runs the processes at the timeclock-end-of-day to clear the call counts for the agents each day.

Resolved. Voicemail Server was Inactive. Selected and it worked. Thanx
