call distribution between asterisk servers

Hi friends
i need a solution from community about asterisk server configuration actually i am running two asterisk servers and i want to call redistribution between server
full scenario is this.
i have my first server with 10 agents and second server with 5 agents i want to call forwarding if my all agents on server two get busy then call automatically goes to server one agents.
how i achieve this solution in my office.
please reply fast.
