Callmenu incorrectly identifies the phone if route = INGROUP

Postby areon » Thu Apr 14, 2016 7:00 am

Hello all!
Need help.
I have a quick number - 890. When you call on my 890 - he drop you (hangup this call), the number is written as a new lead in the list 111, and then my remote agent (robot) makes an outgoing telephone calls from Survey-campaign.
To Survey I add callmenu in which I propose to the customer transition to the ingroup. The ingroup NOT survey is one campaign that is waiting for a call, and the campaign has nothing to do with the 111M list. She has her lists, among which it will look for the phone number.
How can I configure this logic? Which handle method in CallMenu i have to add?
Closer search phone number in this list 111. CIDLOOKUPRC/RL search this phone by lists of my campaign, but phone number = V36471434234.... (by the way, why?)

Again, my schema:
new call -> did=890 -> drop this call, add new lead in list=111 ->
-> Survey Campaign dial leads by list=111 -> call menu for this call -> if (customer send dtmf==1) then Goto (INGROUP) ->
-> Campaign = COMPIN -> search this phone number in list != 111 -> if (number == find) then get this LEAD_ID from list != 111 AND phone_number = phone by this call.

Thank you!

If I'm reading your question correctly, you should set the Call Handle Method to "CLOSER". That V####... number is an internal identifier VICIdial uses to track calls and it stores it in the caller ID field of the call. If a lead has already been looked up in the system, the CLOSER method should be used to avoid this type of situation.
