Status QUEUE in real time report, call incoming to softphone

Hello.

VERSION: 2.6-393a BUILD: 130124-1721. From Vicibox ISO.

I have a agent that appears as QUEUE:

He got a call into softphone, but not in Vicidial.

Wy occurs this? What means the status queue?

queue means there is a call in vicidial that has been assigned to him and should appear in his agent session momentarily (usually within 1 or 2 seconds). if he's been in queue for more than a few seconds, something bad happened.

i would recommend an update. 2.6 was never an actual release. either update to the 2.7 full release or the 2.8 developer trunk (which is still quite stable).

Good job posting your installer version. And you did post your Vicidial version, but you left off the Build. Please add it!

Many options: Agent's web browser lost contact with the server ... server has a mysql table crashed ... server is overloaded and lost track of this call ... the process tracking this call crashed and somehow blocked the process. Probably a few others as well. Check your logs ...

How long has this server been in operation?

Why are you using a goautodial system instead of a Vicibox system?

Hi

We have recently upgrade vicidial 2.4 to 2.12 and starting facing this problem earlier there were no issues, same network and same server also there is no network issue, but we are using google chrome and ubuntu os on agent side
