I have a campaign in Manual dial preview. I would like to be able to see how many records are being skipped by the advisers. i.e when they click next.
I thought it was to do with NXDIAL but there are too many in the system for that to be the case.
Could some one please shed some light on this please.
Purpose of an autodialer: Keep the agents on the phone with prospects.
Fail: Allow the agents to manual dial which causes them to read their screens, pre-judge the prospects, and spend very little time on the phone. If you're paying them by the hour, they'll be Very Busy reading their screens (while avoiding rejection by not calling any more than absolutely necessary). If you're paying them commission ... same story only now it's "I only want to call sure deals".
Worse yet: Once they get used to this, you may have to fire them all and start over to get the room into autodial mode. (After autodial has been running and selling for a couple weeks, you can bring them back one at a time and blend them in ....)
Just my opinion. But I rarely see manual dial call rooms that can even approach autodial rooms for profitability UNLESS we're talking about Real Estate Agents who work for themselves. And even then, quite often they find it necessary to force themselves to autodial for a couple hours a day to make it work.
