Manual Dial counted as failed login??

Good evening!
We are facing a strange behaviour. We tried several times and it occurs every time. If an agents makes more than 10 manual dials in a row (included callbacks) is kicked out. In the database I can see that the value "failed_login_count" is actually 10.
We have this issues on what is called "server 2" in the info below, we haven't tried at all on server 1.

Am I missing anything?

Excellent job posting your specs ... except I see two versions of Vicidial listed and then you say "on both servers" after listing a 3rd version of Vicidial without the "build" ...?

How did you cluster your system?

Having two different versions of Vicidial would likely cause a problem like this. Upgrade both servers to the latest (could fix your problem IF you are otherwise clustered properly). If, however, you used the express install and manually clustered: wipe your NON-DB server and re-install it with the Standard installer instead, and allow the clustering process to work properly during install. It'll quiz you. 8-)

We fixed a similar issue a little while ago. Please upgrade to the latest svn/trunk and confirm it's still a problem. If it is, then please open a new Issue Tracker ticket with details on the campaign settings and we will look into it.
