CALL TIME PROBLEM

Postby brando16 » Tue Apr 19, 2016 4:33 am

Hi all,
i'm googling a lot before write here, this is the problem: i create a new call time default 900 to 2100 and Mon-Fri 900 to 2100, saturday 900 to 1500, after hours message is a message audio wav (no problem for a little time i hear it).
I set in a blended campagin this call time but the campaign permit allways inbound call. For a little time thi call times works, but when hours change to summertime this doesn't work anymore. I check for a lead gmt_local_offset for out call and i noted if a lead have this field set to +2 is ok with hours in Italy instead of +1, but inbound call doens't work anyway.

Please this server is a production server and i need support for work fine.

Help me is urgent!!!

Bye soon

PS: sorry for my bad english :)

For inbound calls, you need to set the call time in an in-group, not just in the campaign.
