VICIdial does not call agent's phone

Hello everyone.
I've got VERSION: 2.12-486c BUILD: 160306-1019 running on CentOS 6.5

When I log in to the campaign my softphone is not ringing (when calling through Asterisk phone works) and I get "No one is in your session" message.

This sounds odd. Is it not ringing audibly or is it not showing an incoming call at all? If you're hearing the "No one is in your session" message then that means the phone was answered when logging in.

No incoming call at all. And the most frustrating thing is that it shows nothing in the clli or asterisk logs. In astguiclient logs i've found that it is trying to call extention 8600051 of the default context. When I try to do it manually, the following outputs to the console:

There is 8600051 room in the meetme.conf, so I don't know why does the first warning show up.

Do you have all your screens running?
Why did you install manually on CentOS instead of using Vicibox?
Do you have a parallel Vicibox server for comparison? (Virtual would suffice for this)
Sounds like meetme rooms are non-functional (and they are required for Vicidial).
