Timeout on disposition call

Postby brando16 » Tue May 03, 2016 10:06 am

Hi all,

i have found an issue when the customer hangup but agent doesn't, the system go to page ask the agent, go back or disposition call. Only after agent click goback or disposition call then make dispo for call the return free for another call. I want, if it possibile, when the customer hangup, the agent go to the disposition form and after 45 second the call is dispositioned automatic with particular/custom state.

i try the trigger time action but the timer start when customer answer!!!

thanks for all reply.

Hi mflorell,

the vesrion is 2.7-401a build 130508-2256 i searched few solution for make this change but i don't have 'AUTODISPO' in timer option but the timer solution doens't not match what i want, because start from customer's answer. I need only redirect with disposition automatic to agent screen for take new call. Now the agent remain in the dispo screen for long time and i don't want this.

thanks

If you upgrade, you will get several new timeout features that will do what you want to do. The version you are using is 3 years old.

now you think i can update the server in production without reboot server? the goautodial is modified from our techs only views and some controllers are problem?
